The other day we located Kofafeth, the lioness with serious injuries that we treated a couple weeks ago following a close call with some people. (Click here for that story).
We were happy to see that she is still alive and looks like some of her wounds are healing, although she does not yet look 100%.
We will continue to monitor her and we hope she regains her strength fully.
We found Kofafeth drinking from the Ewaso Nyiro River on February 18.
Kofafeth has survived the operation where we treated her injuries with the help of a KWS vet on Feb. 7.
